We are very proud to announce the “4th  Silva Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Tournament”.
The event will occur on Sunday, December 6th, 2009 at
Aloisio Silva BJJ Academy

Every competitor must turn in the registration form (completed & signed) along with the registration fee by Friday, December.4th, 2009 at:

REGISTRATION FEE
Registration fees are non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Competitor fees with registration by Friday, December.4th, 2009: $30.00

There will be an additional $10.00 late fee at the day of the tournament.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

 9:00am– kids                                         11:00am- white belt
12:30pm – blue belts                             2:30pm – purple and brown belts

WEIGH-IN
All competitors must weigh-in one hour prior to the fight time. All competitors must weigh-in with your GI ON.

RULES

• All disqualified competitor will lose his or her registration fee.
• Bent knee locks, bicep locks, heel hooks, cervical locks, scissor takedown(s) and slamming will not be permitted.  The competitor will be disqualified if any of those techniques are used.
• Leg locks or toe-hold(s) will not be permitted for Blue and Purple belts, only straight foot locks.
• All competitors must wear a clean gi.
• Competitor(s) that do not weigh in will be automatically disqualified.

No advantage

• If the match is tied at the end of the regulation time there will be sudden death overtime. The first competitor to score points will be the winner.
• Any competitor who does not show up for a match will automatically forfeit the match and registration fee
• Arrive 1 hour prior to your match
• The Aloisio Silva Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Organization is not responsible for any accident, injury and/or death resulting from this tournament.
